Teaera Roland, FNP-BC, MSN, RN CCM, brings to the team a diverse clinical and administrative background in healthcare. As a hospital administrator, Teaera has strived to integrate holistic care and population health as well as promote care coordination for the wellness of the community. Teaera has participated in both leadership and clinical roles for mental health hospitals as well as medical surgical hospitals. Her passion lies in treating the whole person. Teaera founded Lotus Health LLC due to the overwhelming need for patient centered and holistic treatment in the community. Teaera is certified in addiction as well as cannabinoid medicine. Currently Teaera is seeing patients with insurance at Collaborative Wellness Partners for holistic mental health.
