Teaera Roland, FNP-BC, MSN, RN CCM, brings to the team a diverse clinical and administrative background in healthcare. As a hospital administrator, Teaera has strived to integrate holistic care and population health as well as promote care coordination for the wellness of the community. Teaera has participated in both leadership and clinical roles for mental health hospitals as well as medical surgical hospitals. Her passion lies in treating the whole person. Teaera founded Lotus Health LLC due to the overwhelming need for patient centered and holistic treatment in the community. Teaera is certified in addiction as well as cannabinoid medicine.

Customer Service and patient care is something that has always been important in her life; she knew empathy from at a young age with a sibling with special needs, this was “foreshadowing” of her future career.
She has been working as a Medical Assistant since 2012 and her goal is to inform patients of all their options and to be informed, a healthcare plan should be personal and specific towards a patient not just a “diagnosis”. Not everything is solved with a “pill” we need to find the root of the issue and explore.
