Medical Marijuana Recommendation Evaluation

 
 

Evaluations for medical marijuana will take about 30-60 minutes depending on the complexity of your treatment plan. Once all required medical documentation is provided to us, we will begin the registration process. Currently we are able to offer telemedicine for all services as the law allows.

Please note: No Call/No Show appointments or same day cancellations will not be rescheduled without upfront payment and reschedule fee and at the discretion of the provider .
